主要研究领域为多媒体网络、计算机视觉、人工智能及行业应用等。主持承担重庆市科技局/教委课题等4项,在IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles、IEEE System Journal、Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence、Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture等期刊发表研究论文10余篇,获得授权专利10余件,参与出版专著1部,指导学生参加挑战杯、“互联网+”等各类学科竞赛,并获得省部级二等奖2项。
